Exhibition Hours
- Exhibition hours are from Sunday, May 19th during the Welcome Reception, from 18:00 to 21:00, and Monday, May 20th to Wednesday, May 22nd, from 09:00 to 18:30 with a lunch break from 12:30-14:00.
- Booth set-up and move-in Sunday, May 19th from 08:00 and must be completed by 15:00 Sunday, May 19th
- Dismantling may start Wednesday, May 22nd at 16:30 after the afternoon break and must be completed by 20:00.

IPAC’24 Venue and Hotels
Exhibition, poster sessions, Welcome Reception, and all breaks on third floor rooms A1 and A2. Oral sessions on first floor.
Booth layout (subject to change) Exhibit Hall layout. Room for 120 booths in the main hall, 450 posters, seating at tables, and standing at smaller tall tables distributed around the hall.
